Chikahira, The youngest of all assasins. Born in the mountain villages of Iga and thought to be the last of bloodline Iga ninja families. She became the property of the yakuza for pleasure and bares the mark of the Yakuza tattoo. After fleeing her captors she has vowed to take revenge on those who took her and murdered her family. Chikahira's last memory is that of her older sister, beaten, abused and left for dead at her village as the young Chikahira was taken by the Yakuza.

Okimoto, the dark princess. Her true origins are not known. Okimoto is however Yakuza and the highest of all Yakuza. The yakuza tell of a fierce fight between Okimoto and another over power, Okimoto was struck through the heart with a sword, only to calmy reply to her assailant, before slaying him. It was never known what she whispered in his ear as he fell at her feet. That was fourty years ago and today Okimoto remains as young today as she did then, it was never learned how or when Okimoto came to control the Yakuza.

Terutora, the daughter of magic, her father was blessed with the life of immortality until his head was taken. Terutora, like her father is believed to be of an ancient race. Legend says that the Terutora family were the court advisors to the Tokugawa Shogunate around 1623, making her beauty more than her immortality. There is another legend, of lost immortals of an older race in Japan, this legend tells of magic and immortality, of good and evil in constant feud. Terutora never learned from her father the origins of her people, but still today she carries his sword.

Manchiyo, she is the last of the Tokugawa samurai clan, her ancestors established the Tokugawa Shogunate at Edo Castle in 1603. Her husband was murdered by Okimoto, and his death blamed on Terutora. Manchiyo has never learned of Terutora's immortality and her loyalty to the Tokugawa Shogunate some 400 years ago.

Yoshimoto, scarred by visions and nightmares, Yoshimoto lay in coma for eight years, with very little memory of her past. She is highly skilled in martial arts and the art of sword with no knowledge of how or who had taught her. Defending those who need her. Yoshimoto searches for the little girl in her nightmares, that of her lost younger sister, her dreams are of murder and bloodshed always ending with the little face of her younger sister as she is carried away in the arms of the murderers, if only she could remember her name.
